Does Princeton require a separate form for artistic supplement?

I was just wondering if Princeton has a separate form for artisitic supplement. Or is it the common app artistic supplement form.

it has a seperate form
and the seperate form doesn’t require a recommendation letter…
i remember cause under piano, they listed bach, a sonata and umm something else hehe

yup, they havea separate form, i looked it up for you ^^ http://www.princeton.edu/admission/pdfs/PU-0809-arts-supplement.pdf
good luck

that’s the wrong one. http://www.princeton.edu/admission/pdfs/OptionalArts09.pdf

that’s the one you want.

Do you guys get the impression that the Arts form has to be submitted via post? I’m getting that impression. I’m filling out my app online but it doesn’t say anywhere the arts supplement can be submitted online, so it looks like I’ll have to print it out and mail it…

I just submitted mine via snail mail. I didn’t see an online option, so I’m assuming they want you to send it by mail…

what?? omg damnit, that means, mine would be too late. i apply online, but postoffices are closed today and tomorrow… oh no!! does this means, i have to let this opportunity go?? i worked so hard on that stupid slide!!!

Sorry Austrian Girl, but they usually say postmarked by January 1, which means they have to stamp it at the post office by tomorrow (my time)… I guess you can try your luck on the 2nd, though. Probably doesn’t hurt.
