<p>I decided to found a Junior Statesmen club at my school.
I asked my teacher if he'd like to be an advisor to it, and he told me that there already was a Junior Statesmen club about two years ago, but it ended because the majority of the people in it graduated.
So my question is, if I revive this club that has been completely gone for two years, am I a founder? I'm speaking in terms of college applications. Would I write "Junior Statesmen (founder and president)" or just "Junior Statesmen (president)."</p>

<p>I’d say so. If it was completely gone for two years with no meetings or hierarchy, then if your adviser says you can, then go for it.</p>
