Does Rutgers Engineering School consider Demonstrated Interest?

Hi all,

I’m planning to apply to Rutgers Engineering School (New Brunswick) from in-state and was wondering if the school considers demonstrated interest? I was unable to find anything regarding it on Rutgers’s official website and I don’t feel comfortable trusting a random website. Please let me know!
