Does Stanford recalculate their own GPA or just use your school's?

I'm wondering because I got a B in Health (over summer... forgot a homework assignment and my grade went down 8%), and if Stanford recalculates their own GPA, then it probably won't be used.

Plus, I took health the summer before 9th grade. I thought they only looked at 10th to 12th, but my school's GPA is 9th to 12th.

Both, presumably. They ask for a transcript and use this to calculate their own GPA (word on the street says unweighted and ignoring +/-), and they also ask for your 10th/11th grade weighted GPA.

they recalculate GPA using only 10-12 grade academic courses.

^Thanks.

I was looking at the application and there was no space for classes/grades like the UC applications, so that's why I was wondering.
