Does submitting an SIR early affect Financial Aid?

<p>Do you guys know if submitting your SIR before you receive your financial aid award letter will have any affect on it? </p>

<p>Will they think "Well, he is already coming here, why give him any money/extra scholarships at all?"</p>

<p>Any benefits to submitting an SIR early?</p>
