Does summer count as 11th grade or 12th grade?

<p>This summer, I'm getting a job. On the UC app, I have to check which grade this was. I'm currently a junior.</p>

<p>Example: varsity football in freshman year = check 9th grade box</p>

<p>Hmmm Idk, I think summer after 11th grade would be 12th grade because at the last day of 11 grade grade they say “the school year has ended…” aka …Your 11th grade year is over. but I’m not too sure.</p>

<p>i would agree…i would think that this summer we would be considered seniors (my junior year doesnt end until june 21st)</p>
