Does super scoring affect admissions?

Basically, if I made a “perfect” SAT score by scoring a 720 and 800 on one test and then a 800 and 720 on the second, would it be just as good as scoring 800 and 800 in one sitting?

You can check for the policy at each school. Many super-score but not all. Keep in mind that the published 25/75 ACT/SAT ranges you see are often super-scores, if the school super-scores.

I’m not in an admissions office but believe that often test scores are put down on the info that is reviewed based on the school’s policy. So in the example you use, yes it would be, though the AO might know it is based on multiple tests, which is fine. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the reply!
