Does taking community college concurrently with high school a bad idea?

This incoming year is my senior year. I'm planning to take Calculus 1, and Biology* for college credit at a local community college concurrently with my high school schedule. I want to major in Biology in college, and later go on to Medical School, so I will need to maintain a high GPA there. If, for some reason, I get Bs instead of As in these two classes that I am taking (Calc and Bio), will the grades be included in my undergraduate GPA when I actually enter college (I will be going to a 4-yr university)? If I do unsatisfactory, can I choose not to send the grades to my future university?

I'm taking Calculus 1 at the cc instead of at my hs, because I would like to follow with Calculus 2 in the spring semester. My school only offers AP Calculus AB.

I'm taking "Human Biology with Laboratory" at the cc instead of AP Biology at my hs, because I would like to give myself a break. The AP Biology class at my school is notoriously dense, and the teacher who teaches it is known to be incompetent and lazy. Following the fall Human Biology course, I am planning to take "Introduction to Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry" to give myself a preview of what I am up against.

Does my plan sound like a good one? Will taking the community college classes concurrently with my high school schedule look bad?

Thanks! :)
