Does the ACT round up Composite Score?

<p>Couldn't find this using search. Theoretically speaking lets say I get a 28, 27, 25 and a 24. The composite score would be 28.5 Do they round up to 29 or are they jerks and round down? Thanks and Happy Holidays</p>
