Does the guidance do anything for Berkeley application?

<p>I went on the website to check the requirements for application, but it never mentioned anything that my guidance office has to do.</p>

<p>Does my counselor have to send in an official transcript before admission?
Does my counselor have to write a letter of recommendation?</p>

<p>It does say that rec letters are not required and official transcripts should be sent after admission, but I wanted to be entirely sure.</p>

<p>No, nothing needs to be done by anyone else.</p>

<p>For all UCs,
You need to fill out application.
You need to write 2 essays for the application.
You need to submit application and pay the fee.
You need to send your test scores.</p>

<p>If you are accepted, you will get a list of conditions that you need to fulfill including sending your transcript.</p>
