Does the major "engineering sciences" count as engineering?

Hi, I know it sounds like a stupid question, but I am very confused in terms of if I was admitted into Jacob school of engineering.
When I logged into my portal, it says that I was admitted, and my major is “engineering sciences”, and my college is “the sixth college.”
When I googled ‘university of california san diego undergraduate majors’, and searched for “engineering sciences”, I could not find anything…
Can anyone tell me what is it with the major “engineering sciences”? Does it count as engineering undeclared?

Thank you so much!

I found on this website that says the degree B.S. Engineering Science Engineering was discontinued in 2012…

I could not find anything else about engineering science major.
I am kind of freaked out.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

Call admissions.

Just curious did you apply for engineering science: structural engineering?

Also echoing what gumbymom said. Call the school.

I figured out that it is a major under structural engineering. I didn’t realize that I could log into my California university application to see.

Thanks!
