Does the QB process prohibit applying RD to nonpartnering colleges?

<p>Hey so I'm going through their terms and I'm getting confused. If you go through the QB process, can you still simultaneously apply to nonpartnering colleges through regular decision?</p>

<p>It is really confusing!
Regular decision is fine. You are not allowed to apply early decision or early action if you are doing the Questbridge college match round.</p>
