So I'm signed up for four classes, one of which has a lab associated with it so it is 1.5 c.u.

However, at the end of the transcript it says

Equivalent Credit: 5.00 CU
Total Credit: 5.00 CU

I thought it would say 4.5 c.u.?... Does this mean that all labs ultimately give you 1 c.u.?

I believe equivalent credit might be AP classes. Did you have five 5s on AP exams Penn gives credit for? I don’t think you get credit on your transcript for a class until you have a letter grade for it. Penn does not round up credits either. You could graduate with 32.75 credits if you wanted to.

equivalent credit is for ap stuff, not for courseload

Aha, that was the problem. Thanks guys!
