Do they have some kind of early action or priority deadline? If they do, when do we hear back if we’ve been accepted

There is no early action. Admission decisons are released in Feb. There is a priority deadline of Nov 1 but all it means is that those who have completed applications by that date will be reviewed before others for determining admission to honors programs.
