Does this ACT count？

Hi, I am applying schools in UC system. I have a composite score of 30 with writing score 9 out of 12. I also have a composite score of 33 without writing. If I send two scores together，will UC count that I have writing
score 9 and highest composite score 33？ If they don’t do that，what can I do？

uc only considers act scores with writing
