Does this help Harvard admissions?

Hello all,

So this a really silly Question and I'm guessing that it won't help me but I am going to ask anyways. So one of my relatives, my grandmas cousin just died but he donated A LOT of money to Harvard, I think it was around 500,000 to 1 million.

This probably won't help me and I really don't have any desire to to to Harvard.

Do you think it would help me with admissions?

500,000 isn’t that much. Plus you’re a distant cousin I don’t think it’ll affect you at all

Nope.

That’s not enough to buy your way into Harvard.

You probably have no close relationship with the person.

Ok thanks ya that’s what I thought. Thanks!!

I know you might find this hard to believe, but 1MM is not “a lot” of money by Harvard standards.
