Does this look bad?

<p>After my freshman year, I transferred to much less competitive school. The school I went to before was very competitive. Will this look bad on my application. The reason I moved was because my mom was unemployed and we couldn't pay the high rent, so we moved to another apartment. When we moved there, the closest high school was not competitive however had 5000 students. Am I screwed? I had a 3.6 GPA in my freshman year and got 4.0 in sophmore and another 4.0 so far in junior year</p>
