Does "Admission Score Report Form" = "Transcript+Secondary school report+ Teacher Rec"?
I am a little confused because on the letter cmu sent me, everything was listed separately and everything except application fee and SATs were missing.

Here’s what mine looks like. (I applied ED so it should show every possible document.) I suggest contacting them either on Facebook or by calling/emailing.

chemcolo, I understand that. but I was confused on what “making student connections” is? is this a sign of things to come, good or bad? or am I reading way too much into this?

wait is this that phone call thing from CMU? or is this like an actual document?

Making student connections is the phone call that a paid student working in admissions has attempted / made to the phone number listed as primary on your application.

It will post on your page regardless of whether you spoke with someone or not. It is made to all applicants – don’t read anything into it-- even after Jan 1, don’t read anything into it-- b/c the staff is reading files well into early March at which point financial aid packages are then formulated (by the same overworked staff). If you have it – fine, and if you don’t have it noted- -also fine. There’s a randomness to this and nothing else.

Guys-- as we said last year at this point, you are going to drive yourselves crazy trying to infer something that cannot be inferred…simply stop checking the WhereAmIPage until early March (as long as you see a complete file).

Your time is best spent enjoying your senior year and making sure to keep your grades up (no Ds, no Cs) and continue to focus in AP classes so you are ready for May APs in the classes you don’t want to have repeat next year at CMU.

The next 60 days can be unnecessarily stressful–find something else to occupy yourselves to retain your sanity! Best Wishes

I guess I have to wait. I called CMU Admissions and asked. They told me to wait another week because they have a lot of documents that they have not scanned. :(

Thanks everyone! I’m just nervous because all of my other schools have received my documents that I sent in before Christmas.
