Wouldn't it be absolutely HORRIBLE if a college gathered all the kids together and inform them that they've been rejected?

Happy early April Fool's!! :D

Ok I'm going insane here.........................

Ok I'm going insane here.........................

Is there a link to where you reserve your seats?

um actually. let's stop and think about this. that email HAS to be only for bay area kids. lol.

there is NO way a person in orange county would go up there.

i remember when i got my letter for santa barbara, they listed places that i could possibly actually go to... even though i didn't but that's besides the point.

i think we all sort of lose our logic when we think about colleges..

^^ PM me when there's a place in Pennsylvania

lol ur funny stressedout.

I know this is a weird question is Sacramento considered bay area?

for sure calivi3tgurl.

or most likely. it's closer to the bay area than oc is anyways.

I think I got a mail invitation to something like this, but I don't really know because I threw it out, seeing as I'm in the midwest and can't go. But my dad lives in CA so it might have confused them. Ah well, whatever.

Sacramento is not bay area. Trust me, I'm from Northern California.

i have ok-mediocre stats (can look at my first few posts for them)

sat-2100
gpa- uc w around 3.7?
+more stuff

i never got the email though, but i know ppl who got a similar one a couple of weeks back and they were told that they were admitted

okay, so did anyone NOT in the bay area receive this email?

wow, i hope this email means your accepted. I been stressing all this month and USC isnt helping, so this email is a ray of light

yeah but i'm pretty sure they'd expect sacramento kids to drive there?

i honestly have no idea.

my geographic knowledge of california is limited to southern california. lol

ps. i don't think it's limited to necessarily the bay area though. it's kind of like how for santa barbara, they expected you to drive out to either costa mesa or la if you lived in so cal and san fran or san jose if you lived in norcal.

i just dug my letter up.

I still don't think that this e-mail is that significant...

SF is bay area, sacramento is definitely not.
But then again, I flunked every single geography test.

i don't know. i got something like that for santa barbara and i got accepted with honors?

I still think we're reading too much into these e-mails. JMO.

I always thought sacramento was in the "valley", but i do know that it is in northern California =)

Again, does someone who got the e-mail want to be generous and post the link to where you reserve your seats? If we put our IDs in and it says we're not scheduled for this event or whatever then at least we'll know for sure (and then we can stop refreshing our e-mail every five seconds...)

okay i just looked it up and sacramento's distance to san fran is equivalent of around la's distance to sd. that's not too bad of a drive.

ya its not but i have to wake up hella early
