I don’t understand what they mean by the message you posted. This is what I see on mine:

@Lurdes777 I mean the application status is indicated as “incomplete”, yet in the “to do list” I don’t see any missing item listed, except for the line “The U has your app” - “Due date: 11/29/2015” - “Description: Thank you for submitting application to University of Miami”. I’m very confused…

@mpthuytien Sometime it takes time for an online system to update. When we had Incomplete I called them and they confirmed that they have everything and advise to give it a few days to update.

Just call the school and ask the Admissions Department

Agree with above, call them. My CaneLink doesn’t show anything except my name and address but they confirmed that they have everything when I called.
