Does this seem weird to anyone else?

That GTs find out so much later than everyone else about decisions?

I mean, think of it this way. We've all dedicated the last year of our education SPECIFICALLY to get into Cornell. It seems like if by the time we submit our app, they should be ready to admit us right away.

Anyone else kind of frustrated with this? I hate that everyone else here (at my current school) is prepping for next year: classes, housing, roommates, etc. I wish I could be doing the same :(

This is going to be the longest month ever.....

well if u were a GT and u kept good grades this year + some other stuff, i dont see why they wouldnt accept you? thats why youre guaranteed, right ?

I totally agree. I think we should be notified asap! I am so worried that by the time the actual acceptance letter is mailed it will be so late. What about our housing? Planning to actually get to school? All of that type of stuff.

what does GT stand for?

Guaranteed Transfer
