I was born in the Philippines and moved here in New York for almost 3years. Currently, I go to one of the schools here in New York. 1) Am i still classified or consider as a Foreign student? also, I comfortably speak both of my language such as English and tagalog ( filipino language ). 2) Do i stilll have to take the TOEFL exam?

that depends on what your Critical Reading score was on the SAT Reasoning.
if it was >650, I reckon you shouldn't have to take it.

According to your thread title, then yes.

The best thing to do is to contact the schools and ask. I know some schools say you dont have to take the toefl if your high school teaches in english.

Ooh. I recommend you take the TOEFL, just to be sure.
I'm from the Philippines, myself and moved here 2 years ago. (sadly, during my graduating year. and when i moved here, i skipped 6th grade, so i've never graduated before.well, with the exception of kindergarten, but i'm not sure if that really counts).

i live in the small state of vermont - right beside new york! :]
where in the philippines did you come from?
What schools are you applying to?

The answer is in your thread title. (Yes)

I agree according to your thread title then YES~
