Does Tulane require the CSS?

I am applying as a transfer student to Tulane, and I was just wondering if I am required to fill both the FAFSA and CSS profile out in order to be considered for financial aid.

I submitted the FAFSA, and I only filled out the CSS… but I forgot that they charge you… I do not feel like spending $41 on the CSS…
