Does UCLA care about legacy?

<p>I was wondering if UCLA, being a public school, cares about legacy at all? I know that can help you greatly at elite private universities, but will it help at UCLA?</p>

<p>what i love about UCLA is it is 100% blind to celebrity, wealth, legacy, and children of employees.</p>

<p>the TOTAL opposite of USC.</p>

<p>If I recall correctly, there may be scholarships associated with legacy, such as being a relative of an employee.</p>

<p>Doesn't count in admissions though.</p>
