Does UCLA give scholarships to out of state students?

I know that they don’t give any financial aid to OOS students, but do they offer any scholarships? If yes, how hard is it to get a scholarship from them if you’re out of state? I tried looking for info on their website, but couldn’t find whether the scholarships are available for nonresidents or if you would have to apply to them before or after committing to the school.

I put this in the wrong category by accident and don’t know how to change it

UC’s in general give little merit to all applicants. Most FA is need-based for in-state applicants. There is Regents and the Alumni Scholarships available for OOS students but other than these, not much else. If you cannot afford UCLA without significant aid then it will be most likely unaffordable even with these scholarships.

Do you know how difficult it would be to get the Regents scholarship?

Usually Top 1.5% of applicants are considered for Regents but it is only $2K/year which is nothing in comparison to the $60K/year price tag.
