title says it all :)

financial aid is sent out separate and contains all the scholarships the school expects to reward you. you should have received it by now via email and snail mail.

I am applying next year, but since I might apply to other schools early action just to get my responses faster, I needed to know when UF tells its admitted students their fin. aid packages…

Did you or your parents complete the FAFSA? The UF website spells out the requirements to qualify for students aid. #1 is completing the FAFSA on time.

technomancer: i got my financial aid information march 24th. you will not get it prior to acceptance, and no one finds out if they’re accepted until mid february. the admissions calendar isn’t very forgiving now that they don’t have early decision

I received my fin. aid info on Mar. 24th as well, but stuff changed until the 27th and the physical letter I received is dated Mar. 27th.

@blackhype: Check ‘Financial Aid’ in ISIS regularly, you’ll see the info there before the mail arrives. At one of the local post-admissions meetings they mentioned there are still some people that haven’t gotten their financial aid packages yet because they are still evaluating some scholarships. I would call to check on it if you need to know that information in order to make your decision since you only have until May 1.

thanks for the info guys
