<p>No. UIUC has a Priority Filing Period meaning the application and all required supporting materials need to be received by midnight Central Time on November 1st, if applying online, or must have been postmarked by November 1st. If the applicant meets the above submission requirements, then a decision will be available on December 17th at 5pm central time. That decision may be that the applicant has been deferred to the regular admission period for a final decision.</p>
<p>Please note that it is generally considered beneficial to apply during the Priority Enrollment Period since those applications as a group will be considered in filling available program slots first. Regular admission period applications are then evaluated to fill the remaining slots. The Priority Enrollment period is not binding. The applicant can still apply to other institutions.</p>
