<p>Michigan, like most public universities, does not extend scholarships to international applicants. Once a student at Michigan, I understand there are some scholarships availlable to international students, but only after the first year is completed.</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure there is no need-based scholarship for int'l students. In fact, admission is not need-blind for int'ls.</p>
