Common data set indicates it is considered, but there was no sign in sheet when my son visited & went on a tour… and he got in EA…
I don’t really think that they care. We never visited until he was accepted and he got a $26k merit scholarship.
There is no extra essay to complete to apply, so if they did track interest they would probably have a “Why Miami” essay.
Guessing not…my child’s first choice was Miami…visited twice from out of state. He got wait listed with 4.3 GPA and 32 ACT and excellent extracurriulars…sorry, still a little bitter!
