I am an international applicant so it takes a lot of time for me to receive a mail from UMass. I got the "thank you for your application" mail after three weeks from the application date.</p>
<p>I am wondering if UMass mails the decision letters or will I need to wiat for another three weeks to learn if I am accepted?</p>

Your application confirmation letter took longer because they probably had to process some info on it first.</p>
