Does UMCP Give Scholarships for NMSF?

This is one college my D is applying to, and I was wondering if there is any guaranteed scholarship for a NMSF or finalist?

And in terms of Banneker- from what I have read my D doesn't have a good chance.

She is 10th out of 332 students.
She has a 4.8 weighted and 4.0 unweighted GPA.

better chance for merit money from Pitt with those stats.

OP, is your D a NMSF? Maryland is a sponsor institution and does give out NM Scholarships to Finalist who select Maryland as their first choice, however, it is limited to the NMSC max. of $2K and not guaranteed. If your D is currently a NMSF, then there are several good schools that will guarantee a full scholarship or close to it, to finalist. If you haven’t already, check out the NM section under financial aid here on CC for more information. Best of luck.
