<p>no. what i have heard is if you are wait-listed it says nothing and you will get a letter when they say that. A rejection is known when it says your decisions is sent in the mail. and if you are accepted it says congrats blah blah blah... </p>
<p>sometimes if you are accepted though it will say "your decision is in the mail" - but that is only about 2% of the time, the rest are denials. </p>
