Does UNC ask for ANY Senior grades (quarter or midyear) for EA Applicants?

<p>I heard that UNC asks for midyear grades BEFORE they decide if you apply early admission.. but how is that possible? For my school, mid year grades come out in February, and decisions are made in January.</p>

<p>Is is just that if you are deferred then UNC will ask you for your mid years grades and when you are accepted as well to make sure you're not slacking off.</p>

<p>But they don't ask for your grades BEFORE they decide on admissions for early decision, correct?</p>

As far as I know, yes.</p>

<p>If you are admitted or deferred, they will ask for your mid year grades during the month of February/March.</p>

<p>Nobody I know had any problems with it…just keep your grades decent if you’re admitted & it’ll be fine. I can’t speak to how it affects the admission process for deferred students, though.</p>
