does Upenn give financial aid to transfer international students??

<p>hey. I'm just wondering to see whether Upenn give any money to international students at all? I want to get into Penn so badly but money has always been my biggest problem coz tons of schools rejected me just because of the money. :(9 </p>

<p>I hope Upenn doesn't discriminate poor students. :p Though i know it doesnt need-blind. :(9</p>

<p>it does give financial aid to transfer inter students, but it’s extremely competitive. I believe they give aid to one or two transfer inter students each year.</p>
