I currently have a 3.0 GPA (sophomore year) which is really bad because I’m failing chemistry. I am getting ready to start working on my short film and scripts/short stories for the portfolios yet I researched that these schools have a very low acceptance rate, especially USC for film. I really want to get in but my mediocre GPA is stressing me out and even with a strong essay and portfolio, I feel that I wouldn’t make it in because I did not attend an art high school unlike many other applicants.
