<p>I just checked out UT cuz they got good Business Program (I just slightly thought about applying, but it's in Texas, so immediately erased my thought), and they had this honors prog thing you can apply just little after your transfer application, so you can be in honors program at the same time your first enrollment at UT.</p>
<p>Does USC have the same thing? I checked the website, but all I could find were the ones that you apply AFTER your enrollment at USC.</p>
