Does UW-Seattle require an SSR?

I know it doesn’t require letters of rec. Does the same go for SSR?

I’m having a hard time finding out what an SSR is in the internet. What is it?

Secondary school report: I can’t imagine any high schooler’s application that would not require an SSR to accompany it. It contains info such as the school’s grading system, demographic info about the student body and any advanced courses offered.

Why your aversion to this? This isn’t a “counselor’s report” where he/she gives a brief narrative of the applicant – it’s likely a one-page PDF which accompanies every college application.
