Does where you get your master's degree in IT matter?

I'm about to graduate with a liberal arts major. I've been in IT, interning and started my own freelancing company since high school for the last four years. The only thing holding me back from getting a permanent, full time position as a Business Analyst is not having a degree in information systems and the work experience. I am planning on getting a master's degree in information technology spring 2009 after getting my bachelor's. Does it matter where you get your master's degree in the IT field? I'm considering Brandeis University or TUI University. I like Brandeis for the name recognition and the curriculum is so-so and TUI University for the curriculum and price ($9000 for entire degree). While working on my master's I plan on doing at least two internships in business analyst. Which would be better at getting me those internships and a full time job afterward? Brandeis or TUI University.

I also do have other schools in mind as well: Depaul, National University, University of Dallas, Golden Gate University, Notre Dame de Namur University, University of Redlands, Florida Institute of Technology, University of Denver, Kettering Unversity, and Bellevue University.

Thank you!
