No. My october scores haven’t changed to tested and I received them on the first date.
but if it says tested, you can be 100% certain that you’ll receive them on the first date.
My status just changed to tested :-bd

Yes, I took the writing test and that was a really bad mistake because I’m a senior and the time it takes ACT to score the writing test and deliver it I probably missed my first choice deadline
