<li>Sometimes it “forgets” my account and does not display the “participated” tab
When this occurs have you noticed if the button on the menu screen says “Login” or “Log off”? I have attached a picture in the case where “Log off” is displayed. If, in fact, it says “Log off” it should definitely be displaying the “participated” tab. Please let me know if otherwise.</li>
<li>It often crashes on startup
Did you have the application installed and then perform an IOS upgrade? Did it work well for a while and then start crashing or has it always done this? We have seen that for some users IOS upgrades can end up corrupting their data files which can lead to crashes. This unfortunately happens with other apps as well during upgrades and is something we are looking into even though it is not something we control directly. Once solution that usually works is to remove the app and then reinstall.</li>
Hi there folks, I noticed that some of you are having the same or similar issue as the original reporter. With that, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the application? If so, are you still having the same issues? We will also be upgrading the server end here pretty soon which should hopefully address some of your issues. The app is still crashing every time I try to change settings such as landing behavior and posts per page. I have deleted and reinstalled the app a number of times, and reinstalling does nothing to help prevent the crashing. Otherwise, I love this app and hope you can find a way to fix these problems, CC! Hi Auspicious, thank you for your response. I am glad you like the app. Sorry you are having issues. Ok, it looks like there are a couple of you having this same issue all of the sudden and obviously reinstalling is not doing anything at all. We have a new server upgrade going in place here soon that should hopefully address this. I will keep in touch. Thank you for your patience while we figure this out.
Hi testobsessed. I can repeat the crashing issue in settings on my end as well. However, I just noticed that my settings will only crash if I attempt to change any of the options from the selection lists and not from any of the sliders. An example would be Font Size compared to Enable BBCode. I can change Enable BBCode all I want and it saves the setting, but if I try and change Font Size it will crash every time. Is this also what you are seeing?
