does your school use an online program where you can access your grades?

Yeah, we use pinnacle too.

Yeah, we have one.

We use eSembler.

Parent Connect for my school district. I'm not a huge fan of it, but it serves its purpose.

Only certain classes use it. My calculus teacher uses Snapgrades, and my computer science teacher uses his own purchased URL that also has all of the program files and code we need for his class.

We use BLACKBOARD to see our assignments or to get our homework,
but we use our school district's portal to see our grades.
I really like it because i get to see how im doing in my classes,
and if i need to make a better effort

mygradebook.com - However, some of our teachers don't use it, and many teacher's take forever to post grades up.

eSembler (eSembler Gradebook | Web-based Gradebook by Premio) works surprisingly well.

My school uses RenWeb.com, and it's been excellent, at least in my district. They started allowing online access to grades for all students in middle school and high school when I was in 6th grade, and now I'm in 9th. All the teachers remember to put the grades in, and most of them don't even keep paper gradebooks at all anymore because of it. I like being able to find out what I got on a test or a quiz before they even get handed back to us, even though it does ruin the suspense. Also, report cards are available online at the end of the semester, and I guess that too kind of ruins the suspense of running home and ripping your report card open. I think it works really well, even though my parents do get on my tail about every little quiz that I didn't do well on.

"does your school use an online program where you can access your grades?"

dude **? what kind of *insane idea is that?

We use ProgressBook, and it basically depends on the teacher how everything works. And also, we can't see our grades if we haven't paid school fees or library fines, so that's also kind of a big deal.

We have it at my school, and honestly, I find it quite helpful. A teacher of mine had screwed up my grades and my attendance, and I was able to report it early because of the online system.

I wish we had it

Yes, edline. Neither my parents nor I use it much.

Wow--I'm glad my school doesn't offer this, or I'd be freaking out all the time.. Ignorance is bliss.

we use gradespeed/parent connect. Every district in our surrounding area does. It helps when you have loopy teachers. Report cards aren't as unexpected that way.

we use skyward

it has attendance, parent forum, teacher comments and everything. I think it is very nicely designed. In fact, every year we choose our classes from it online.

our school website has teacher webpages where you access your grades...

We used to use Edline. Now we use this funky system where the teacher's gradebooks are on the internet and they access them through a website. Students have a separate website where they can see their grades, attendance, and transcripts. The nice thing is that whenever a teacher puts new grades in, the student page is automatically updated.

Yep. Ours is called SchoolZone. Unfortunately, you can only see your grades if your teacher posts them, and the majority are too lazy.

We have Powerschools, which makes it pretty easy. Unfortunately, it also means that I become OCD and check my grades every 5 minutes and some parents will inevitably focus on one failed assignment though their child may have a 98 in the class.
