I just got a acceptance package from Georgia Tech, (but i am not an PS semifinalist)
however (as money plays an important role in my family) I did not get
any information regarding an financial aid package.
and I thought those two packages come at same time. Doesnt it??
Can anyone explain how it works? (or is it different for each college?)

<p>Some colleges do it different ways; so, no, financial aid packages do NOT always come with acceptance packages. </p>
<p>Have you filled out any fin-aid forms? If not, how do you expect them to have a financial aid package for you? Heheh. </p>
<p>The reach college I got into hasn't even sent me forms for accepting a place in the 09' class! I haven't gotten ANY financial aid forms so far. </p>
<p>So I guess my advice is wait, maybe call the office?</p>

<p>generally i think they come around the same time; the finaid package might come a little later
but if it doesnt come soon that means that you havent filed the info on time or at all; but if you have then i think you should wait a bit and then call the finaid office</p>
