<p>Hi! Haha, I also wanted to sign up for the class. I emailed the professor and this was his response:
“What happened is that after the
teaching schedule was confirmed, three lecturers ended up changing
their plans at the last minute and will not be at Cal in the fall, so
the administration is scrambling to adjust things and fill the holes
in the schedule. Currently I am re-assigned to teach honors analysis,
but they told me that they are trying to find a way to have H54
offered as originally planned.”</p>
<p>He said he’ll let me know, and if you’re interested I can also definitely let you know :). Also, I notice that you mention philosophy - do you happen to be a philo/ math double major?</p>
<p>Hey Cheesefreak, it would be amazing if you could let me the know the results! He seems like a really nice guy, I actually talked to him earlier this year about what to study to prepare, would be a shame if it wasn’t offered.</p>
<p>I like philosophy but not enough to major in it haha. I’m not really sure what I wanna do, but something mathy like physics/cs/engineering for sure. I’ll be a freshman in the fall.</p>
