My major requires me to do at least one internship in order to graduate. However, I will be a junior in the fall, and I really want to study abroad next summer. Since I also want to graduate on time, it looks like I will have to do the internship during the academic year. For anyone else who has done this, was it a good or bad expirence?

It’s whatever you make out of it. I did an internship for academic credit (during the summer though) and it can be a very rewarding experience. If you must do it during the academic year, make you have completed any necessary coursework so that you can graduate on time. You can also talk to your academic advisor.
