Is it possible for students at SFS to take domestic-policy focused classes (for example, Constitutional Law) as an elective?

Of course. Just because you are admitted to one of the colleges does not mean that you are prevented from taking electives in other colleges. I graduated from the business school but also took linguistic, art, philosophy, classics, theology, and english classess in the college and international affairs classes with the SFS.

For the most part, the school you are in just determines your major and degree, but does not prevent you from taking classes in the other schools (there maybe a very few exceptions of course).

No problem. You can pretty much cross-register for courses across the university. In fact in you liberal arts requirment courses and even some non-major electives you will be taking classes with students from across the university. This is what makes Georgetown great! If you are an SFS student and want to take an art class you can. Or if you are business student and want to take a Physics class no problem.
