done with all the blue book tests...now how do i raise my writing score?

just as the title says, i've done all the blue book tests in preparation for my march sat. got a 710 on writing (69 MC, 10 essay). if i retake the test, what other sources will help me raise my writing score??

i know i can use the old 10 real SATs book for math and cr, but what about writing?

i used barron's for two days before the test, but i think it seriously messed me up b/c the barron's writing questions have different kinds of errors. so i'm not doing that again.

all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

bump. with all these hints and tips going around from all those who supposedly got 2400's, i'm surprise this thread has received no response.

i'd also love to know how to raise my writing mc score. what other sources are available besides the 8 bb tests?

i don't have a 2400, (close enough tho' :)) but go to google groups CC SAT prep. i think there's a coupla QAS's there. there's also the online course

Use the Online Course, and any old QAS booklets you can find. The Barron's Writing Workbook and Barron's SAT 2400 are also good (if you can't get your hands on more CB materials), although you don't seem to be a fan of Barron's materials. For content and strategy, Rocketreview Revolution has a very solid section on Writing.

You can also use section 5 of old PSATs.

On the PSAT booklet that they give out, there's a list of like 15 or 16 rules that they test on the writing section, and just going over that should help a lot in knowing what errors you need to look for.

can someone post the link to the google groups? i can't seem to find it

EDIT: i mean the CC SAT prep site on google groups
