Suburban Asian female, junior, public school in MI

GPA: UW 4.0, W 4.1ish
Rank: 1/400ish -it's the ranking on the transcript, but anyone who has a 4.0 or above is listed as 1. Apparently the school has a secret list though.

SAT:
I: M 760, W 700, CR 660 (am retaking in June)
II: Bio 720, took US History and Math IIC this past weekend

ACT: composite 33
I'm retaking this in June too, but only because my friend and I are having a competition for the highest score since we both got 33's

AP's:
Sophomore year: Psych -5; self-studied Bio -5
taking US Gov, English Lit, APUSH, and English Lang this year
next year: Calc AB, World History, Spanish

Classes: taking the hardest curriculum possible with the exception of math. All A's and A+'s except one A- in AP Psych (but I'm damn proud of that A-), but this semester's grades aren't looking so hot and there's a possibility I'll get a B in Chem.
Senior year classes: AP Spanish, AP Calc AB, AP World History, Humanities, Cultural Anthro, Philosophy, H. Physics

ECs:
Student Council -9,10
Science Olympiad -State Team, got a top 10 medal in something
NHS -11
Piano for 5 years
JV Tennis -9,10

I'm pretty active in the minority community
Asian Club -Treasurer 10, Co-pres 11
-the bulk of my times goes into this club. Choreographed 3 traditional dances thus far; had a show this year with a profit of $2800
Summer camp counselor since summer after 9th grade; last year I did leadership workshops with middle school kids
Youth Leadership Team
YK Leadership Program

Summer stuff:
Youth Dialogues (9) -Public Policy Facilitator (10) (spin-off was the Youth Leadership Team during the school year)
Arsalyn Conference 10
Operation Bentley 10
Summer Camp Counselor 9,10 -facilitated leadership workshops with middle school kids

Community Service:
I don't keep track, but probably at least 200
-Relay for Life Team Co-captain -raised around $3000
-I do some campaigning around election time -2004 election stumped for Republicans (paid though), 2006 midterms did phone banks and passed out flyers against Proposal 2
-Bell ringing for the Salvation Army
-Docent at the local historical museum
-random NHS hours
-If I get bored this summer, I'll probably volunteer at the UMich hospital

Summer plans: Got rejected from TASP, so I'll just chill this summer and do some more camp counseling. Oh and I'll be published in some sort of project by What Kids Can Do this summer.

I want to eventually head a non-profit (or start my own) and I'm a big social studies person, so I'm thinking about double majoring in finance and either philosophy, econ, or history.

Schools:
UMich (maybe Ross?)
Yale
UChicago (just so I do their essay prompts)
UPenn Wharton maybe?

I'm not sure whether I want to do the undergrad B-school thing though. At this point I'm only looking for reaches though since I'd be perfectly happy at UMich. Should I try for the other Ivy's? Which schools seem like a good fit?

I'm definitely not applying to Northwestern though. I heard the party scene is absolutely silent there.

kthxbye!
