What if i don't have them done?

you need to call the financial aid office and tell them your situation

Not true. Tax returns are not due until April 15. You do not need to contact schools. Estimated amounts are used for FAFSA and CSS.

I wouldn't risk it.

edad: yes, what i said is true. admin daniel has said the same thing whenever someone asked a question about tax returns.

Will postmarking my 2004 tax returns by Feb 3 be considered too late?

oh my god, so screwed......

Haha, unfortunately I have to send mine tomorrow... only realized today that we had to send tax returns.. many other schools dont do this.. hopefully it won't matter too much if it's one day late

if you call the office, you will find out that the deadline has been extended til february 15.

so does that mean that if we still have not sent in the tax returns, we do not have to call them anymore since the deadline has been extended?

sweeeeeeeeeeet.. sending mine in tomorrrow

The Financial Aid Office has extended the deadline for submission of 2005 tax return forms until to Feb. 15. Completed 2005 tax forms and w-2's are due by that date for parents/guardians and the applicant if applicable.

If you are unable to make this deadline, you need to call the Financial Aid Office at 410-516-8025.

Tax forms?? Huh? I thought I was done applying. Will not submitting them or submitting them late be a problem? Do other schools require tax forms?

AdminDaniel, does tha tmean that 2004 tax returns are also due to JHU by 2/15? Also, how does JHU want these tax documents sent?

As I stated in my message above...

"If you are unable to make this deadline, you need to call the Financial Aid Office at 410-516-8025."
