<p>we dont know that race has nothing to do with it. though my inclination judging by the info you provided leads me to believe it was age discrimination (little brat), it might have been racial.</p>
<p>Are there anymore JC Penny stores in your area? Just go to one of those or if you go back to the same one, just head to a different department to return the items...like someone said, you can explain your situation regarding the unfair employee.</p>
