<p>Regarding stress at H, can you tell me how sleep-deprived H students are? We just visited Princeton and sleep-deprivation seemed common.</p>

<p>I strongly believe that one has good info, conveying different forms of fit. Although the one addition I’d make is if one wants strong undergraduate math education, other than Harvard and Princeton, UChicago should be very much considered. There are other equally good math departments in the sense of eminence of faculty and strong graduate students, but these look fairly unique to me in the intensity of mathematics undergraduate education. UChicago is exceptional in terms of the rigor of undergraduate curriculum.</p>

<p>This is great advice. Harvard is amazing, and instead of taking this thread to know when to turn it down or not, if one has the option of attending, it’s a good idea to think if one’s philosophy of study is malleable enough that it can be adapted to Harvard’s style, because it has some ridiculously awesome programs.</p>
